Khatt and Brittany are Double the Fun

Image
In my time of photographing promotional models, I have gravitated away from duo photo shoots and toward solo female shoots. Here lately, I have accepted applications from males who are willing to pose with females (and most males are happy to pose with a female shoot partner 😉). The first concept I developed was the topless feature model. But since only two ladies showed up for my first interview day, I wasn't about to turn both of them away. So the concept of the theme model began. My first models were Shiann of Clarksville (feature) and Alexa of Antioch (theme) on September 28, 2019. I realized that females enjoy each other's company and feed off of each other's energy for a better experience and better photographs too. The next five photo shoots involved female duos, and Shiann returned for two of those shoots. Chrystal of La Vergne posed for a topless pictorial at World Boss Studios in Goodlettsville on September 26, 2020. Blonde Goddess came on the scene for a honky t...

Second Amendment Rights Strong But Not Unlimited

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." United States Constitution, Second Amendment So what exactly did the writers of the Bill of Rights mean when they wrote this into our Constitution? And how exactly is this interpreted now? The answer comes in a United States Supreme Court majority opinion written by the late great Antonin Scalia in 2008. Heller  was a federal court challenge by Dick Heller, D.C. special police officer, to District law generally prohibiting the possession of a handgun. At the time of officer Heller's lawsuit, it was lawful for the chief of police to issue one-year licenses for handguns. D.C. residents were required to keep their lawfully owned firearms "unloaded and disassembled or boun...

The Crazy World of Somewhat Legal Cannabis

Image
One thing is for certain: I don't practice criminal law. Another thing is for certain: I have significant experience practicing juvenile law. And with some states (but not the federal government) legalizing marijuana for recreational use and other jurisdictions such as Metro Nashville Davidson County not enforcing certain simple possession laws, the law can get more confusing every day. In preparing this blog post, I've learned some new words: Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) Delta-8 Cannabidiol (CBD) Marihuana (or Marijuana) Cannabis Taylor Worsham of The Tennessean did outstanding work with her article dated May 21, 2022: "What is Delta-8 and its legal status? Here's what you need to know about the cannabis variant". So no plagiarism here. Credit where due. And I shared Ms. Worsham's article on the Cloud Nine Higher Facebook portal. The Worsham article states, in short, that the Tennessee General Assembly left some "gray area" in the area of cannabis law...
